When will my rent be due?
The first of each month is when the office suites rent is due.
Will there be a receptionist to greet my clients?
Yes, we will have someone in Denver to greet your clients from the hours of 10:00-3:00 Monday- Friday
Is there a break room within the facility?
Yes, we have a break room equipped with two refrigerator/freezer combos, coffee, sugar and cream for you and your clients, tables and chairs to enjoy your meals, and a commercial sized sink for any needs you may have.
Can I reserve the conference room for a meeting?
Yes, we have a state of the art conference room with refrigerated bottled water, a 70' flat screen TV, along with 8 chairs around the conference table. Please speak with the receptionist to book with conference room.
How long is the lease?
Waterside Office Suites does yearly leases. We can negotiate a longer lease if needed.

Can I come see the facility?
Absolutely! We are in the office from 10:00-3:00 Monday-Friday. If you would like to see it at a different time, please contact us to schedule an appointment.
Will I be able to access my office at any time?
Yes, the front door will be unlocked from 9:00-5:00 Monday-Friday. As a tenant, you will have access to the facility 24/7.
Do I have my own internet?
Yes, each suite is equipped with their own secure network.
Do you offer coworking spaces?
We sure do! We currently have 4 awesome coworking spaces in our facility. We offer daily and monthly memberships.
